Mahogany has a bendy, thick and rough grain, and is relatively free of voids and pockets. It has a reddish brown color which darkens over time, and displays a beautiful reddish sheen which takes a high polish. It has excellent workability, and is very durable. All the wood finishes are semi-gloss. |
