30 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We
take great pride in our materials and craftmanship. We strive to meet and
exceed your expectation with every purchase. However, if you are still
not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a thirty
(30) day return policy on our merchandise. To return or exchange an item,
please complete the following:

Email our customer
service department at to
request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).

You will be notified by email of your RMA number within 24 hours.

Secure your item with all its original packaging materials including
any identificationtag tags in a plain
box.

We recommend and using Priority Registered Mail and for your own protection, please
insure your package.

On the outside of the shipping box, please print your Name, Address
and the assigned RMA number.

Send the
package to the indicated address on our email response.
The following
conditions must be met to receive a refund or exchange

Return must include our RMA
number to be accepted for refund.

Item must be received at the customer service
department within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any item received after this period will not be accepted for refund.

The item must be in the same condition it was sent, new and
undamaged with all its original packaging materials. No
refund will be issued for item that has been damage due
to customer negligence.

Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility
of the customer. We will only refund
shipping and handling charges if the return is due to our error.

Refund will be processed within ten (10) business days upon
receipt of the item and only after
verrification of the item's condition.
